Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

Pack Your Items

Carefully place the items back in their original boxes with all protective padding, manuals, and hardware included to prevent damage during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
